Located in the heart of the historic old town, this hotel offers easy access to major attractions. The rooms are cozy and soundproof, with complimentary water, coffee, and tea facilities. The breakfast is amazing, with high-quality ingredients and friendly staff. The hotel also provides a wellness and fitness center, with a steam house and whirlpool.
Some staff members had unprofessional behavior, making irritated expressions and rolling their eyes.

Lovely tapas bar, delicious drinks & finger food. Attentive maitre d' & complimentary hors d'ouevres. Clean room with reliable wifi. Generous €15 dinner voucher & drink voucher. Great music in bar, impressive spa & gym facilities. Helpful bell boy during check-in/out. Will return.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. the staff exceeded our expectations, providing exclusive amenities and fulfilling all our needs. the Spa & Wellness centre was exceptional, with a sauna, steam room and Turkish bath available to guests. the in-room breakfast was delicious and convenient. Located in a convenient area, we enjoyed exploring the nearby historical areas.
The TV in our room had limited channels, which was a minor issue. Nonetheless, it didn't affect our overall experience at this hotel.

The rooms were spacious and had a charming old-time glamour feel, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast with a wide selection of dishes and even included sparkling wine. The staff were friendly and always eager to assist with any requests or questions we had. The location of the hotel was ideal, great to easily explore the city on foot.
